PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

 

Every school reserves the right to admit or refuse any student applicant, seeking entrance in the school. NUESTRA SEÑORA DE GUIA ACADEMY OF MARIKINA welcomes any interested party to express and file his/her application for admission. Since the school is geared at quality academic program, proper screening of applicants is strictly considered. Admission is based on the assessment of credentials submitted, the entrance examinations taken and the interview conducted. This pre-supposes also that slots are available for the entry of new applicants hence a “first come, first served” basis takes the rule of the admission.

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 

For Old Students

 

• Original copy of Form 138 (Report Card)

• Personal presence of parent/guardian for drop out, “balik-aral,” PEPT qualifiers and/or irregular students

For New Students

 

• Original copy of Form 138 (Report Card) or Form 137 (Permanent Records) with transfer eligibility duly signed by school official

• Personal presence of the enrollee and parent/guardian

• Certificate or Proof of Scholastic Standing, if recipient of academic honors

• Student’s photocopy of birth certificate

• 2 pcs. 1x1 ID picture

• Certificate of Good Moral Character

• Original copy of school credentials, original and true copy of passport and Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for alien students or those previously enrolled in a foreign school

• Entrance Exam ( Mon - Fri 1:00PM - 5:00PM)

• Pre-school - Php 250.00

• Elementary / High School - Php 300.00

• 1 Long brown envelope
